PDFs are a necessary evil. Often quite difficult to edit and annotate easily, they're still great for getting the correct format and look for a form. PDF Office takes out a lot of the effort involved in editing and annotation, although it does come at a price.

Designed in a way that makes it immediately easy to use, there's a plethora of options at your disposal. You can choose to create a PDF document from scratch, import one from your emails, Dropbox or other services, as well as opt to scan one in or import a web page as a PDF. The options are extensive, covering pretty much all the scenarios you could expect.

pdfoffice5pdfoffice6Similarly convenient is your ability to edit and annotate. Everything is clearly laid out, enabling you to easily add fields of all sorts by simply tapping on their icon then tapping on the place you want the field to go. It's ideal for when you need to create a quick and simple PDF form, as much as it is to create a more complex type of document. You can easily send them out to others via email or various cloud services, too. Being able to import a web page is particularly useful when trying to form the foundations of a convenient form.

PDF Office is the kind of app that means anyone can figure it out, but it does have an underlying business focus to it. That's highlighted by its yearly subscription fee, enabling you to save files for later reference. That's a reasonable outlay for those new to PDF editing, although those already with a tool in mind might be slightly put off.

Regardless, as a time-saving device and a way to give you full control over those pesky PDFs, it's hard to fault PDF Office. It's just that user friendly.
