Parents need to know that Create a Car is an app that will let kids choose from a collection of imaginative vehicle parts to create their own fantasy cars. The cars can be saved to a virtual garage and visited whenever you want. In the garage, kids can "start" their cars, which kicks the vehicle's various parts into animation. The cars don't actually go anywhere, though. Several children can each have their own separate "garage."
