Parents need to know that Jam Toys is a simple music app that allows kids to experiment with a handful of instruments. By tapping the screen, kids can play the triangle, strings, theremin, disc, drums, and rattle. Some instruments can by played by moving the device around; make sure that your kids do so safely. Jam Toys has no other functions. At the bottom of each instrument screen there's an icon to return to the main menu. For some instruments it's easy, particularly for young kids, to hit that icon by accident, which can be frustrating.
