A lot or a little?
Parents need to know that Battlepalooza: Battle Royale is an action game for iOS and Android devices. Violence is the focus of the gameplay, as players can use a shotgun, battle hammer, and other weapons to try to take down opponents. While there isn't much blood shown, it's clear the other person has been killed. Your character can die, too, if you don't respond to an attack fast enough. The app doesn't involve much inappropriate language, aside from a character called Crappy Box -- who appears to be a box with eye holes cut out -- but players will see some typos, such as Costums, instead of costumes. The game's free to play but contains a for-purchase element, packages of gems that can be used to purchase character skins and other items and are sold for up to $99.99. Also, thanks to the geosyncing of maps, players can fight across real-world locations with real businesses, such as Dunkin', placed to their actual address in the environment.
