Parents need to know that Iron Force is an arcade-style tank battle game in which players try to destroy other tanks. But while the tanks do explode, there's no blood or gore and no human targets. In addition, there is no voice chat, so players cannot communicate with each other, though you can play with friends if you're connected through Game Center or Google Play. Also, using funds you earn by playing or by buying with real world money, players can purchase better tanks, improve ones they already own, and get upgrades that will temporarily improve their war machines. Funds can also be used to speed up parts of the game, allowing you to skip the waiting period between when you order an improvement and its installed. Note that you must be connected to wifi to play, and there's a button that links directly to Facebook.
